ANR received many emails from readers when I suggested that the Arsenal board should bow out gracefully and sell the club to Stan Kroenke.
The arguments put forward by supporters were generally intelligent and persuasive.
However, I dont think many Gooners know much about Stan Kroenke, so Im going...

Are you all now paid agents for Kroenke? A man who wants Arsenal fans to borrow for him to buy Arsenal in a leveraged buy out? We don't want his sort and a repeat of MANU and POOL here. Arsenal is a well-managed and financially secured club. If he's interested in buying an English club, he can buy Spurs. Fork you and Myles Palmer. The Judas that you people are, fronting for kroenke; you're wasting your time.

We dont need an owner that has 15 other sports teams to look after. We need an owner that will move to London England, and be a gooner 1st business man second.

What has his biography has got to do with running THE FOOTBALL club, ARSENAL. It is utterly nonsense to say that he would get a better financing package. The Glazers got their's at over 10% interest. Do anyone think that K will get his any cheaper. Come off it. Football club are not a AAA rated asset. It will be close to junk bonds; as in the case of MU.
The present Arsenal's financial arangement and management is still better than all the crap ANR and K is proposing. MU spending all the money this summer does not mean that they are financially well-off. It is wool over the eyes, the loans still needs to be paid. How? is anyone guess. Perhaps, they are leveraging the hope of continued future team perfomance to bring in financial success. This is very iffy, especially where repayment of short term leverage loans will be due soon. They will have to repackage their borrowings again. Mark my word, this re-financiang will happen within the next year or so.
PHW, however he puts it is right. He maybe a dinsaur, but, K knows FA about Football. He is in it for the money. Picture this scenario- K leverage the buyout of Arsenal football club. If the value of the investment and yearly cashflow increases year-on year, he is in the money. But, if the yearly cashflow is below the yearly financial commitment, the banks will foreclose eventually. He leaves. What will become of Arsenal. Kick out of the league. Cease to exist!!!!!!
