In the ~~Milk Cup~~ err i mean the ~~Coca Cola~~ Worthington err i mean Worthless, Carling cup the Junior gooners, were beaten by Wigan.A massive 12000 plus turned up for the game which shows the demand for among the Wigan fans for this high stakes semi. The game was on Setanta Sports here, but I was unable to watch. I asked gooner Mike for his report on the game, as he was able to see it. so here it is.

So there ends the review, seems the guy who scored the winner to give Wigan a first leg advantage is a gooner, he could have at least put his effort wide.
